1. How can I download my deal I just purchased?
After you make your purchase, there will be an instant download link on the order confirmation page:
You will also receive an email confirmation which will contain the download link. (Tip: Please remember to check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox)

The download manager window will appear. You can download a PDF version of your deal voucher and save to your phone or print. Note, if you've order multiple deals, each PDF voucher will be listed here and ready for you to download!
2. I didn't receive a confirmation email/ download link. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder. Our system automatically sends an order confirmation email that contains the download link. If you're still having trouble, don't worry, our online system tracks all sales and activity. In all cases, we'll be able to re-send your voucher, or simply verify your purchase over the phone. 3. I purchased multiples of a certain treatment but I only received one voucher link. What should I do?
If you purchase let's say "x2 Laser Hair Removal Vouchers", then you will still receive one download link for that treatment. However, you may print multiple vouchers. In this example, you would print the "Laser Hair Removal" voucher, twice to redeem.
4. When can I use the voucher?
The voucher is available for immediate use. Please call us for help scheduling your appointment: 818-507-0909
5. I can't check out. How can I get help?
Please call (818) 507-0909 during business hours and we will assist you with your purchase.
6. Can I give this deal voucher as a gift?
Yes! Simply print the voucher and give as a gift.
7. Can I return the deal voucher?
All sales are final.
