In doing our part to slow the spread of COVID-19, our physical locations have temporarily closed as of March 17, 2020. However our online store will remain open.

To ensure you have time to redeem your deal, we have extended the expiration to 1 year from the purchase date. And, any previous online purchases will automatically be honored until January 2021.

1. How can I download my deal I just purchased?

After you make your purchase, there will be an instant download link on the order confirmation page:

You will also receive an email confirmation which will contain the download link. (Tip: Please remember to check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox)

The download manager window will appear. You can download a PDF version of your deal voucher and save to your phone or print. Note, if you've order multiple deals, each PDF voucher will be listed here and ready for you to download!

2. I didn't receive a confirmation email/ download link. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder. Our system automatically sends an order confirmation email that contains the download link. If you're still having trouble, don't worry, our online system tracks all sales and activity. In all cases, we'll be able to re-send your voucher, or simply verify your purchase over the phone. 3. When can I use the voucher?

Under the current circumstances with the COVID-19 pandemic, Prolase is temporarily closed. We will be notifying our clients as soon as we re-open start scheduling appointments. We thank you for your patience and look forward to serving you soon.


4. I can't check out. How can I get help?

Please call (818) 507-0909 and leave a voicemail and we will return your call. During our temporary closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will only be taking voicemail messages. 

5. When does my deal voucher expire?

We have extended the expiration to 1 year from the date of purchase for this online even. Any past vouchers purchased on our online store will be automatically honored until January 2021. 

6. Can I give this deal voucher as a gift?

Yes! Simply print the voucher and give as a gift. 

7. Can I return the deal voucher?

All sales are final.
